Droplet Deposition Behavior on a Rotating Beam

We aim to investigate droplet deposition behavior by studying the spread diameter and recoil height of the droplet upon impact.

Input: Angular Velocity, Rotating Speed, Droplet Impact Velocity, Droplet Fluid Viscosity

Output: Droplet Spreading Diameter, Recoil Height

Unknown: Roughness of the surface (Friction)

The idea is to install a beam (3D printed using plastic material), fixing on the surface, and rotating it using a motor (servo motor [will be testing which is feasible for the setup]). And installing laser sensors will trigger the height of the droplet and will send the signal to the Arduino-controlled motor for angle specifications.

4 Factors - 2 Levels Factorial Test: Variations in the surface of the beam would be done by creating different layers and studying the impact of droplet on various surfaces.
