In contemporary agriculture, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) fulfill an indispensable function. These vehicles are outfitted with advanced sensors capable of gathering critical data, which, when analyzed, significantly enhance agricultural operations. Our project endeavors to pioneer a novel advancement in this field through the development of a sophisticated smart balloon powered by water. By integrating the buoyancy of a helium balloon with the operational capabilities of a drone, our innovation seeks to offer a superior alternative to conventional UAV technologies, tailored specifically to the needs of modern agriculture.
